Registration Changes or Cancellations 

 Registration Cancellation Deadline: Sunday, January 29, 2012 at 11:59 PM (EST)
  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $75
  • No refunds for registration cancellations received after the Sunday, January 29, 2012 registration cancellation deadline
  • Refunds from cancelled registrations will be processed after the Symposium.
  • Paper processing fees are nonrefundable.
  • If you cancel your registration and wish to retain Virtual Meeting access, you may purchase Virtual Meeting at the nonattendee here.

Registration substitution requests must be made in writing and must be submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee. Requests may be sent via e-mail to guregistration@jspargo.com.
